Victory Housing Design Type:

Victory Living focuses in a niche Fully Accessible Design to cater for participants and service providers.

“We’ve found that the more niche you are, the better off you are.” Jenny Packham

“Identify your niche and dominate it. And when I say dominate, I just mean work harder than anyone else could possibly work at it.” Nate Parker

Fully Accessible:

Fully Accessible housing must have a ‘high’ level of physical access provision for people with significant physical impairment and have good wheelchair accessibility in the bathroom, kitchen and external areas.
